About

Our butcher shop was established in 1966 when Luciano Zanolla, the founder, decided to open his first shop in Florence in Via Valdichiana, which was then called "ZANOLLA CARNI". Later, in 1981, his eldest son Paolo joined his father and, working alongside his son on a daily basis, taught him the art of butchery. Over the years Luciano and Paolo learned to refine their working technique more and more, aiming at the creation of artisan products such as chicken galantines, tasty hamburgers, meatloaves, stuffed chickens, sausages, fennel, soprassate and cotechini, as healthy and genuine as they are tasty and delicious. The continuous search for the best recipe, the finest meat, attention to detail, care and inexhaustible passion are the aspects that distinguish us in our work, always aiming to achieve a perfect balance between taste, authenticity and genuineness.
