In particular you can find: artisan sausages, Fiorentina di Chianina IGP, Tuscan salami, finocchiona IGP and much more. Since 2021 the Butcher has opened a gateway to our Grill di Filiera, a welcoming and unique place, where you can taste our express specialties, including burgers, schiacciate and everything you choose to enjoy directly from the zero-meter butcher's counter.
