A relaxing atmosphere, good jazz, and cocktails. The Bitter Bar opens in the centre of Florence, in the Sant'Ambrogio neighbourhood. The only bar inspired by the 1920s, it will give you a cocktail experience that you'll have a hard time forgetting.This venue's underlying philosophy is to take a gourmet approach to preparing cocktails, with simple, fresh ingredients that are never bland. At the Bitter Bar, the bartender plays with unusual ingredients, creating drinks that evoke both past and future, in the mixing techniques, ingredients and recipes: infusions, smoked preparations and aging in barrels, for a taste full of suggestions. The experienced owner and bartender Cristian Guitti knows his job cand aims at tickling the palates of prospective customers so that their five senses can reach a real state of pleasure. Because the Bitter Bar cocktails are about taste and aesthetics, everything needed for a pleasant evening, to repeat over and over. And over again...
