Description: we are a 17th century country Villa, Casa Martini, 20 Km from city centre of Firenze on the road to Siena, the most beautiful towns of the charming land of Chianti, an ideal position to discover the beauties of Tuscany, and just 1 km far from the closest small town village. The villa is composed by 3 apartments, each of them with his independent entrance, but all part of the same villa, perfect to be rented separately as much as a whole unit for a big groups of friends or families. The apartments are restructured with ecological materials to respect the environment, all with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, fridge, in total 4 double/triple kingsize bedrooms, 3 double very comfortable sofa beds, 5 bathrooms and open-air private space. Casa Martini is perfect to do Holistic Retreats. Outside and territory: Casa Martini has a beautiful pool with ecological treatment plant in salt pan and completely immersed in the surrounding landscape, to enjoy relaxing baths and rejuvenate in the sun after a long day of sightseeing in the city. The outside area are surrounded by of vineyards and olive groves. And the villa is in the middle of a vally in between two medieval castles, Poppiano and Montegufoni. A nice gazeebo in the pool area offers a shadow from those hot summer days, in these green spaces adjacent to the pool area we organize tastings of organic products from our biodinamic garden or from the local area. The villa is adjacent to a nice small Equestrian Club. Nearby there are many paths for hiking and biking excursions organized by the best Tuscany bike tours of the area or just long walks in the countryside. The S.S. 68 Volterrana is elected as favorite from the 'bikers' of Tuscany. Holistic space: we have also a space for activities, the Fienile. It is the hayloft, open space, multifunctional independent space, just restructured, where didactic, holistic or artistic activities will take place. It has been projected to do workshop or retreats of yoga, meditation, theatre, dance, tutorials of any kind, tastings of typical food from the territory, small cooking classes. It is 50 square meters, with a bathroom, a kitchen corner, climatization, heater, music center with projector, and access to all types of pc or mobiles, with wooden floor. The space is perfect for small or medium groups who want to organize seminars or retreats. Our services: we offer activities as individual or group Yoga class, or a relaxing Ayurvedic Massage made from a professional operator; If food is your passion we can arrange you a cooking class with final dinner, or simply enjoy a tasting of local food and wine. If you like t bike or e bike, we can help you to organize your tour with a guide, who will bring you to visit a charming 12th century medieval castle and stops to do wine and oil tasting; or an exciting old fashion tour on the carriage to taste the colours, scent and view of Tuscan Countryside; wine tastings with a visit in the old Chianti cellars, in farmhouse or in castles or simply spend some relaxing time in our country house and take a walk on the hills is the easiest way of enjoying in silence the full beauty of our nature. The apartments have their own kitchen but on request we can arrange breakfast or lunch or dinner, all with organic local and home made products. When it’s time we sell fresh organic vegetables and fruits from our garden, wine and olive oil, because we are also a farmhouse.
