FAF: Female Arts in Florence Art Gallery and Contemporary Shop Women supporting women: "Together we are stronger" FAF is a multicultural project for creative women. The intent of Female Arts in Florence is to promote contemporary art, encourage women, support women's identity and give them a dedicated space to create and display their work. Upon entrance to the space we feature an exhibition space followed by shop/gallery space where you can find contemporary artworks and artisanal products crafted by female artists and artisans. The space also houses artist studios and a dedicated event & workshop space. Project founder Giulia Castagnoli selects female artists, creates site-specific installations and organizes the group of artists. The space gives all international & local female artists the opportunity to promote themselves, collaborate and organize events.
