On the second floor of a historical building in Florence, ‘Il Magnifico’, closely focused on guests specific needs, is a suitable and fascinating solution for singles, families and groups having either pleasure or business trips. Flats are located in a rapidly growing district (where the tramway is under construction), close to the city centre and with relevant services nearby (post office, bank, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, parking,…); they are 15 mins from the Old Town, 20 mins from the Santa Maria Novella rail station and about 1 km from the 'Fortezza da Basso' (impressive congress and exhibition centre that encourages and fosters cultural exchanges and where history and architecture mix each other in an evocative scenario).
