We use exclusively locally produced (0/km) ingredients and our vegetables are all home grown, the flour for bread and fresh pasta is made from ancient grains. We propose traditional Tuscan dishes: Ribollita (a thick vegetable soup with black cabbage, bread and cannellini beans), pappa al pomodoro ( a thick tomato and bread soup), Florentine Beefsteak, Tuscan fried Chicken (Boneless), etc..
