Born in 2011 as an exhibition of calculation tools used in the past in a school, over the years the material on display has multiplied, thanks to continuous recoveries and donations, as have the people actively involved in the project. Currently the Museum is located in the historic center, close to many museums and places of interest that can be easily visited in the same day. The guided tour, at the center of the Museum's activities, allows you to grasp all aspects of the evolution of calculation capabilities from prehistory to today, giving particular importance to the historical and humanistic aspects. With the possibility - something unique in its kind - of being able to personally try out most of the pieces on display. But the Museum also organizes temporary exhibitions at other facilities, participates in the main national retrocomputing events, collaborates in the diffusion of digital technologies.
