We are Giulia, Maria, Alvaro, Silvia and Lorenzo, we live in Tuscany, we love its territory, fragrances and colours all along. We and our efficient collaborators constitute the "Ristorante Casalta", a place founded on our great passion: tasty and healty cookery. Our profession: hailing and delighting every lover and visitor of our land, its tastes and colours. Typicality and creativity are the characteristics of our courses, based on both tradition and innovation, seasonal and genuine ingredients, carefully selected by our Chef. You can find a wide choise of starters, , main and second courses both of meat or fish, and several pizzas baked in our wood oven.
