"San Michele all’Arco" is the restaurant of SAN MICHELE A TORRI farm organic since 1993. We serves dishes created using ingredients that come almost exclusively from our farm: cured meats and pork meat from CINTA SENESE DOP porks (raised in our farm in a semi-wild state and fed with simple cereals such as barley, corn and field beans), our best organic extra-virgin olive oil “LAUDEMIO”, our fresh pasta as well, plain or stuffed, produced in our Laboratorio Artigianale located in Via dei Rustici 6/r in Florence, our bread, made with organic flour, our honey, our small chickpeas of Chianti, our free-range hen eggs, along with seasonal products from the garden and our CHIANTI CLASSICO DOCG, CHIANTI COLLI FIORENTINI DOCG and SUPER TUSCAN WINES!!!
