We want people to rediscover the flavors of the past and the pleasure of sitting down at the table. The ingredients are very fresh and in fact we often serve sea tartare, carpaccio and cruditè. The fish we select every day are caught only with angling,. Our Pizza is cooked in a wood oven, out of respect for Tradition. Although our specialty is fish, we also have a wide selection of dishes from the land, such as the Bistecca, the Queen of Florence.
