Our line of wines, Maddonina del Chiaro, takes its name from this family and the little statue of the Virgin Mary (the “Madonnina”) that graces the entrance of the estate. Our vineyards are located in the Chianti Colli Fiorentini, just 25 minutes from Florence. We produce white, rosé, Chianti, Chianti Riserva and Super Tuscan wines, as well as Vin Santo. The property has been in the hands of the Damiani family since 1948, the tradition of honouring and tending the land being passed down to today's proprietors Anna and Alessandro by their father.
