In the enchanting village of Fabbrica it is possible to stay in our bed and breakfast rooms, situated in historic buildings dating back to the eleventh century. Breakfast is served in a room furnished with traditional Tuscan furniture in the nineteenth-century Villa located in the center of the village, where the company's offices are also located. Guests have free access to the swimming pools of the country villas, located 800 meters and 3 km away. There are 4 double rooms and a Family Suite with 4 beds. A short distance from the village are the Podere Montelodoli (about 800 meters) and the Podere Perticato (about 3 kilometers), large Tuscan villas completely renovated and surrounded by greenery. From the windows you can see the purest Tuscan nature - olive groves, vineyards and sunflower fields. They are divided into apartments, all furnished with elegance, typical large wooden beams, Tuscan terracotta floors and large stone fireplaces. The apartments are equipped with all the comforts, a laundry area, and are surrounded by large gardens and outdoor swimming pools. Guests also have access to a children's playground, a barbecue area and a patio, fitted for outdoor dining. Some apartments are equipped for disabled guests. A third charming location with private pool, The Antico Podere Zobi, is an independent villa set in the countryside, with a splendid view over the village of Fabbrica. It can be rented in its entirety and can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 rooms. Furnished with exposed oak beams, Tuscan terracotta floors and traditional furniture, it is the result of careful restructuring that has preserved the materials and left the ancient structures unaltered.
