About

Provalo is the first Spiedinificio restaurant in Fiumicino. Everything we offer is served in the form of a skewer, many spit-roasted dishes served vertically and in the center of the table to encourage the possibility of trying more things, sharing and avoiding waste. We offer all qualities of meat, through arrosticini cooked on the grill over a live flame on a traditional 4-meter long Abruzzo grill. You can also try a large variety of typical cured meats and cheeses to accompany with fine jams and mustards and make the moment gourmet. For vegetable lovers we recommend the grilled vegetable skewers, the tasty potato skewers, ideal for adults and children, the artichoke alla giudia on the spit, the mushrooms, the asparagus on the spit and the fried corn on the cob. While the most loved are the date with bacon and the fried polenta and sausage. To finish we have the delicious Waffles on the spit or the semifreddo arrosticino. Try it...you'll like it!
