The property is situated on a hillock in the heart of the lowlands of Puglia is surrounded by olive groves and wheat fields in the countryside where time passes slowly , still marked by the cycle of nature and culture . Relais in Contrada is in Lucera , the city of art and history 's most famous province of Foggia, and enjoys an exceptional location , being just 10 minutes from the capital and from the villages of the Mountains Dauni . They are also easily reached the seaside of Peschici and Vieste on the Gargano , the spiritual centers of San Giovanni Rotondo and Monte Sant'Angelo , the casket Frederick's Castel del Monte.Relais in Contrada has 4 rooms for 8 beds in total. All the rooms, while maintaining the structure of a typical farmhouse in Puglia, are equipped with every comfort and furnished with refined delicacy. Some have porches , terraces and private balconies that overlook the garden that surrounds the building and others are located in the side turrets .
