The CESARINI SARTORI Winery goal is to go beyond the common methods of production, creating smoother, pleasant and perfumed wines as the Umbrian valleys and people. Thanks to their continuous researches and investigations on the technologically field the company can minimize the use of synthetic chemistry making hight quality natural wines, with a minimum quantity of sulphites. Cesarini Sartori Winery aim is to become a sustainable company for the environment, transforming the production waste of Sagrantino in nutraceutical products. Nowadays Chiara and Alice are responsible for carrying forward what their family has started.
