“CECI” restaurant is the epitome of the Aethos food philosophy “Conscious Farm to Table”: all of its ingredients are locally sourced, either directly from the property itself or from a select few local farmers and suppliers, all of which are eco conscious and abide by the ethos of sustainable farming practices. This philosophy, combined with some of the region’s best Umbrian and Italian recipes, create a food experience which is both authentic, healthy and delicious! International, vegetarian and fish recipes options are presented in our menu so that it can be inclusive to all people, tastes and lifestyles. The seasonal menu is complemented with hand picked regional conventional and natural wines sourced directly and personally by our chef and sommelier.
