The Donzellino Farmhouse includes the classic Tuscan farmhouse with all the outbuildings needed for the farming activity and to make it self-sufficient: the oven room, the carriage house, the stable, the pigsty, the barn, the sheepfold, the henhouse and the rainwater tank. Twin apartments – Olive and Lavanda – have been constructed in the barn. Each one is about 50 m² and has a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchen area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. All cooking facilities are supplied, including the refrigerator and a microwave. The furniture colours (olive green and lavender) are inspired by the apartment’s name. Outside of each there is a partially paved private garden with a dining table and a gazebo. The Casa dei Limoni has been constructed in the fully renovated old sheepfold. It is about 50 m² and has a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. All cooking facilities are supplied, including the refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave. Outside there is a fenced veranda and garden. From 2014 is available also a new building in front of the apartment that includes a bedroom and a bathroom. The Casa dei Limoni King-size includes both buildings. Where there once was the poultry pen and the dry kiln you can now find the Casa delle Rose surrounded by a lovely garden. At the ground floor there is the living room with a sofa bed, the kitchen with the refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave, a double bedroom and a bathroom. At the first floor there is another double bedroom and a bathroom. A comfortable veranda can be used for outdoor living. All the apartments have a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, window screens, WiFi, TV Sat, dishwasher, heating and safe box. Cleaning and linen change is done weekly.
