Casa dei Ricordi is a historic museum and research centre located in the former Villa Carpena in Carpena, Forlì, Italy. The site preserves the memory of Benito Mussolini, his wife Rachele and their family, showcasing original documents, photographs and artefacts that illustrate the rise and fall of fascism in Italy. Visitors can tour the preserved rooms where the Mussolini children were raised, admire murals by Mirko Ambrogini, and explore the Centro Studi – a dedicated research hub offering books, manuscripts and archival material for scholars interested in the Fascist period. With daily opening hours from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and again from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, the museum charges a nominal admission fee of €15 per person (group rates of €10 apply for parties of more than 10). This modest price provides access to a rich collection that invites reflection on the complex legacy of Italy’s 20th‑century history.
