The B&B is just a short walk from the Bonci theater,in the historic center; which also you can reach with one of our bicycles.Completely renovated in 2008 complying with bio-housing and energy saving standards, the B&B has wood floors, double glazing window, solar panels and photovoltaic system, cork insulated ventilated roof and wooden fiber wall coating for a healthy summer-winter temperature insulation.Opening its doors as a B&B in 2012,the accommodation is in the attic, the brightest section of the house. It has independent entrance and heating.Casa Lo is located in a very quiet area and has a large garden as well as spaceto park right in front of the house.A soundproof door opens into a spacious and comfortable breakfast area (35 m2) featuring a large sofa and a work station area with a 27" Mac and free Internet (wi-fi also available in the bedrooms). The 3 rooms feature natural latex mattresses and modern solid wood furniture or design furniture.Breakfast is a sweet surprise, with an array of local quality produce (honey, fresh cheese from Romagna ... and other delicacies).Gluten free and organic items available upon request.
