The holiday home "Il Passatore" is located in a quiet area on the banks of the Montone river, a strategic location 200 meters from Via Emilia, a stone's throw from Piazza Saffi and the ring road. Guests are welcomed by the owners in a villa restored in 2011 following the principles of energy saving and the use of renewable sources, where hospitality and courtesy are at home. The apartment with independent entrance has a living room with kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. Two triple and one double room, that can be arranged with single or double beds for a total of 8 beds. From the windows there is a panoramic view of the garden and the parking in the structure simplifies everything. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, WiFi connection, hairdryer, desk, clothes rack. The living area is complete with all accessories: 2 tables with chairs, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine. The final cleaning service is indicated with the rate.
