Tenuta Olmatello is part of a farm cultivated with vineyards, olive and apricot trees, cereals. The plant life of the park surrounding the house is made by elms, cypresses, pines, oaks, and flowers. It is on top of a hill and overlooks the town of Faenza with a wide panorama. Inside the house there are two restored and fully furnitured garden apartments.The LIMONAIA apartment: 3 people, one bedroom, 43 sqm. It has a Florentine terracotta floor, ancient timbers in the ceiling and air conditioning. It comprises a fully equipped dining-kitchen including dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, a table with 4 chairs, a couch which can turn into a comfortable bed, a 26 inches TV with LED technology and satellite channels. The bedroom has a double bed and two wicker armchairs. A tall four doors wardrobe stands in the access room, with a mirror and a coat rack. In the shower room there are a shower box, a washing machine and a hair dryer.The QUERCIA Apartment: 5 people, 2 bedrooms, 105 sqm. It comprises a big living room with a fully equipped dining-kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a shower room. In the living room there are: a couch which can turn into a comfortable double bed, a wicked armchair, a 32 inches HD TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped dining-kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, cooking stove and a big oval table with 6 seats. The single bedroom is particularly silent because of its isolated position. It comprises a closet, a small desk and a shelf for books. Both bedrooms and the shower room have ancient timbers in the ceiling.
