Hi I'm Luigi, the director of Residence, a residential complex of 15 families holiday houses, from 4 to 7 beds, located in a private park in the green on the waterfront of Scauri. The Residence location is optimal, is located opposite the beach at 5 minutes walk from the town center. Immediately out of our park there are restaurants, groceries, markets, bars and newsagents. Scauri has a beautiful promenade of 4 km around with sandy beach, it is in the middle between Rome and Naples, close to Formia, Gaeta, Sperlonga, Suio Terme, Ponza and Pompei. We offer weekly vacation packages, exclusively from Saturday to Saturday, including: - Apartment. - Bed linen and towels changed weekly. - Beach service with umbrella and 2 chairs at the beach in front of the park. - Wifi access and use of bicycles. - Parking space in the park. - Convention with pool and tennis court is a 5-minute walk.
