The Trattoria San Giovanni is a small restaurant located in the historic center of Gela near the central square. We offer a simple kitchen and tied to the Sicilian tradition, we range from an extensive list of appetizers such as caponata, cold cuts and cheeses, eggplant, zucchini and stuffed peppers, artichokes and roasted mushrooms, various omelettes, with dried tomatoes to oranges, buns salads and lard, sweet and sour meatballs and potato dumplings. The first most popular dishes with pistachio cream, sauce or gravy. With the latter we range from meat before grilling choice salt and pepper, sausage, pins and cost of pork, lamb kebabs and special cuts seasoned with sauce or special sauces. Our range changes according to the season and in the summer we also offer a made from exclusively fresh catch seafood menu.
