Furthermore, the landlady, born in Piedmont and living by thirty years in Liguria, matches the two gastronomical traditions offering a wide variety receipts going from 'farinata di ceci'(a porridge made of chickpea flour) to assorted salami produced in the farm , from a special vegetable soup named 'minestrone' to 'focaccia', from assorted hors d'oeuvre to 'brasato piemontese'.Both veal and pork meats used in the kitchen are becoming from animals grown up in the farm.
