Taken over by Chef Kevin Perez; the restaurant has been completely renovated and revolutionized from the culinary to the actual place. The concept of the restaurant has been renewed, it focuses on a type of fusion cuisine between Italian and South American gastronomy and is preparing to also incorporate Asian cuisine, in particular Japanese cuisine, focusing on sushi, our Chef's specialty.
