Not to miss the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri path along the watershed and the Sentiero Liguria along the coast for your trekking. Many trails have been equipped also for nordic walking, orienteering, horse trekking and snowshoeing. Road bikers can follow several itineraries varying from the coast up to the winding roads that climb the steep sides of the mountains (Ciclovie del Beigua) and Mountain Bike enthusiasts will find every type of track on which they can challenge themselves. Looking for adrenaline rush? Try canyoning among plunges and gorges down our creeks, climbing and bouldering in our dedicated sites or trail running on our tracks. Sea lovers will enjoy the coast: snorkelling or scuba diving to discover the marvellous underwater world, sailing or surfing
