The oldest chocolate factory Romeo Viganotti, founded in 1866, is still today a workshop unchanged, that makes use of machinery and molds period. The traditional products of the factory are the pralines: Boers, biscuits, chocolate creams, peels, sugar, liqueurs, kisses autumn and many others. Alongside the pralines are the dragees fantasies spiced fondant, milk and white, the Ginrvrine, drops of liqueur, the fondant and marzipan more The recipe, ingredients, machinery, processes and "secrets" are handed down unchanged from one owner to another: from the family of Romeo Viganotti Roberto Pastorino, until Alessandro Boccardo, owner since 1999. In chocolate it seems that time has stopped, that the tranquility and patience are the right way to work. For 150 years, each chocolate is the result of long and accurate manual processing: small "jewels" to be savored.
