ZenAndCook is a modern and dynamic cooking school, paying big attention both to tradition and to modern. Our cooking classes range from mortar pesto to molecular cuisine with, in the middle, cake design, sushi, pairing wines and food, vegan, celiac,and many others..... We pay maximum care to basic classes both for experts and beginners. On request we organise private parties, team building, small catering, show cooking and chef at home. Our classes can be arranged in several languages, like English, French and German. Please come and visit our beautiful loft in Genoa.
