On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom and the other with a double bed, both of which have adjustable ceiling fans. On the same level are the main bathroom with shower, bidet sink and toilet and the accessory one with sink and toilet. There is also a hallway with a reading corner. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and the living room with wrought iron table with six chairs, 2 sofas and an armchair are located in a single large room interspersed with a wall with decorated glass. . This room is equipped with air conditioning. The living room leads to the level terrace equipped with table and four chairs and equipped with a barbecue area.
