Villa Schiticchiu is located in Taormina Mare, elevated on a rocky slope in the district of Spisone from where guests can enjoy one of the most paradisiac views of the coast: St. Nicholas Bay also known as Mermaid's Bay for the charm it aroused in ancient time by the Greek poets who wrote about the bay in their mythological stories. The building is a recent construction incorporating a foundation style that has been shown in studies to be environmental friendly and to respect the natural landscape, whereby guest can fully appreciate the splendid sceneries. Furthermore, with elegant and refined interior furnishings to provide an ambiance of comfort, guests will feel relaxed during the visit. Villa Schiticchiu currently has 1 double room with a ensuite bathroom named Scilla, 1 double room with private shower bathroom named Cariddi, a single room with ensuite shower bathroom named Ulisse and a junior suite with double room and living named Penelope. All rooms are furnished with air condition, heating, TV, separate entrance and balcony with sea view. Mrs Maria's sicilian breakfast is served every morning and the specialty is her very own marmalades and jams.
