A pleasant ambience of the Tourist Farm Lisjak 1956 offers you typical Vipava Valley dishes, enriched with wines from our own cellar. A varied selection of seasonal dishes includes fresh home-grown fruits and vegetables. Our culinary offer is regularly renewed and adjusted to seasonal ingredients. We maintain the principle “Homemade food – different, but always good!” which brings a contemporary touch to the traditional local cuisine. Affection for the grapevine and many years of effort lead us to excellent wines and numerous awards which confirm the quality of grape and wine production. The majority of the harvest is processed into dry table wines and only the best vintages are bottled. For our guests we perform wine cellar tours and wine tasting. To ensure the finest culinary experience, we make advance bookings for family celebrations and other festivities with larger organized groups, but we also accept random, unannounced guests during weekends.
