At the Mediterraneo restaurant, surrounded by its relaxed ambience, you will be served your favourite dishes, as well as other culinary masterpieces ... For starters you can choose from a variety of Mediterranean dishes ranging from seafood salads, octopus and fish carpaccios, to the original Karst prosciutto with sweet melon or genuine alpine cheese. Here you will be able to taste every time a different seasonal vegetable soup, to which we dedicate great attention. Or you might want to try our rich selection of pasta. Your gourmet voyage at the Mediterraneo restaurant will continue with a variety of meat dishes, accompanied by original sauces with fruit or aromatic herb combinations. Seafood lovers will be delighted by our fresh fish and crayfish, which we prepare with great care. And to cap off your meal at our restaurant, there is a cornucopia of fruits or Perla's boutique pastries prepared with less sugar, respecting dietary health guidelines. Pastries are prepared by Alenka Kodele, who published also a book on pastry. Finally, we recommend trying our homemade ice creams! At the Mediterraneo restaurant we prepare meals for special occasions like banquets, hot and cold buffets, working lunches or dinners, cocktail parties and coffee breaks. Breakfast is the most important meal, therefore the Mediterraneo restaurant offers all hotel guests a classic and bio breakfast, including a selection of bio food and drinks. The breakfast is self-service: food and drinks are placed on the buffet table, from which you serve yourself. Breakfast is served at the restaurant from 7 am to 11 am.
