Mulin Vecio is one of the most fascinating, beautiful and true taverns in Friuli. Created in the wide interiors of a mill. As soon as you walk in the Osteria the warm and welcoming ambience makes you seem to take a step back in time. Please come and join us to indulge in the authentic local cold cuts and our typical regional hot dishe such as traditional pasta and bean soup, barley and bean soup and in the winter time you will find also the Jota (delicious soup made of beans and sauerkraut). Only on Fridays you can delight yourself with the cod Vicentina' style. Every Saturday we will be serving our menu's novelties: the goulash with polenta and the gnocchi with goulash, while on Tuesday we serve our famous Parmigiana' style tripe. Do not forget to have a look at some of our classics like the sausages with sauerkraut and the flavorful Cragno sausage, and when the frost bites, you can refresh yourself with Cotechino (kind of big boiled pork sausage) with Brovada (turnip macerate in the marcs) produced by a local farmer. For the beer lovers we have an amazing selection of belgium beers.
