Borgo de 'Salaioli was born in 1980 from the dream of Arrigo and Furica (and later our son Giacomo) to start a life together, escaping the fast pace of the city and trying to build a structure in balance with nature, respecting culture and traditions of Tuscan architecture. In 1996 the farm was born not only as a means to enhance the existing and no longer used buildings, but also to share with other people the culture and lifestyle of Tuscany and the Maremma, which can not be appreciated with a modern holiday hit and run, but require a slower tempo.
