Cieloverde Camping Village
About
The Cieloverde Camping Village is in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, between Marina di Grosseto and Principina a Mare in the province of Grosseto, and it borders on the Maremma Nature Park. Cieloverde Camping Village lies deep in a splendid, long-established pinewood, looking out onto a stretch of the Costa d'Argento where a sandy beach that slopes gently down to a crystalline sea. The Cieloverde Camping Village is located near a vast area of archaeological interest. The Etruscan and Roman necropolises at Roselle, Vetulonia, Sorano and Pitigliano are must-see attractions. The many mediaeval villages in the area are of great interest, as is the Maremma nature park, the Monte Argentario archipelago with the islands of Giannutri, Giglio and Elba, and the mountain and valleys at the foot of Monte Amiata. Not to mention the art cities: Siena (70 km), Florence (160 km), Rome (200 km) and Pisa (160 km).
