Garden with spectacular view on the countryside and external bath tub (8 people). Air Conditioning, Laundry machine, dishwasher, 2 fireplaces, Television, internet wifi connection. Was an 1800 oil mill and the original press is still inside the property. It's located in the south part of the 1400 very well preserved village of Pereta (walls, tower and medieval gate). The garden is a hanging garden over the medieval walls and it's south exposure allows you to delight your eyes with dawns and sunsets over the green valleys and the sea.
