Family Passalacqua welcomes you to the Residence Mareblù.On arrival you will find a home environment, helpful staff willing to take care of the guests, comfort and cleanliness, a natural unpolluted environment, to make your holidays in the Maremma unforgettable.Residence Mareblù has 35 spacious apartments, and 2 suite. they are furnished in modern style and are functional, all with satellite TV, telephone, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating. Some two room apartments on the penthouse and three room apartments as well as all the areas in common, are accessible and suitable for disabled guests. Residence Mareblù offers its guests plenty spaces to either relax and enjoy the close contact to nature, play or simply have some nice conversation.The fine sand beach extends for several kilometres into the territory of the Maremma Natural Park until it reaches the mouth of the Ombrone river. A still wild environment with coastal ponds, the dune and the characteristic tree logs that some use to have fun building huts along the beach. Some beach establishments offer good quality service and animation. The nearest free beach lies 400 meters from the Residence and can either be reached through a pine forest or along the streets of the village, both on flat land, quiet walks under the shade of the pine trees.This wonderful vacation spot, for its position, far from the main means of communication and from the big cities, is really a paradise for those who want to spend a period of rest in the tranquillity and in contact with the nature. From the pine-wood, where are hidden the constructions, one enters the beach of fine sand, edged with the wonderful pinewood. A really considerable contrast: from the relaxing shade of the pine-trees to the shining mirror of the sun and of the sea. In the middle of the village a pedestrian area with shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, the main square for cultural meetings and shows for children, playground and the mini golf. A series of bike roads inside the pine forest connect Principina a Mare to the nearby coastal and internal sites. For sport lovers: wind and kite surf, sailing, tennis, horse riding, cycling, jogging.
