Discover the secrets of Apulian Cuisine My name is Maria, I am the cook at Masseria Palombara Restaurant. Cooking has always been my passion, I learned to cook my mother and taught myself the secrets of the Apulian tradition. After school I decided to follow the love for cooking, I attended the Med Cooking School with Antonella Ricci (1 Michelin star) and then I started working in the kitchens of restaurants. From 5 years ago I was the manager of the "Apulian Cooking Experience" at Masseria Palombara.
