HISTORY: Masseria Nuova is a 17th-century manor farm, immersed in the centuries-old olive groves of Salento. The song of crickets and the chirping of birds interrupt the peace of a place from another time, where time seems to stand still. The white and wrinkled rocks of the area, the red soil, and a thousand color and fragrance wild vegetation are the framework for the rich historical manor farm complex.
