Old farmhouse of 1700, completely restructured, Cà Monti began its activities in 1995. The menu is seasonal, to take advantage of all the fresh products of the moment, the appetizers are made up of croutons and baked with seasonal vegetables, fritters vegetables in season or fried polenta in winter. The former are always based on pasta and homemade dressings depending on the season, when available mushrooms and truffles. As second we use the meat from our farm, we prepare ficattola (fried leavened flatbread) that we accompany with our meats, vegetables in oil and homemade Dop Squacquerone (cow soft cheese) with our jams. Even the desserts are homemade: never missing the ice cream made with eggs from our chickens, we make fruit sorbets and even semifreddo zabaglione or nougat.
