An ancient inscription dated 1871 was found on an old press, demonstrates the long tradition of the Armed Family in the production of olive oil. We work with millstones according to the traditional cold pressing. We produce an extra virgin olive oil with low acidity, digestible, unfiltered, sweet and slightly fruity.
