The historic center of Miranda, a colorful village nestled in the greenery at 860 meters above sea level, is home to La Tartufata. For more than 20 years, the Molise Black Truffle has been the star of our event, the protagonist of dishes and recipes, a special ingredient available to skilled hands. As every year, we do our best to ensure that anyone of you who comes to visit us will grasp the essence of our land in every bite of one of our dishes.
