Our cuisine is a "work in progress"... With our chefs never ceasing to search for and experiment, daring to offer dishes with innovative twists. The Wine & Dine Restaurant a la Carte is a hymn to the pleasures of good food, a grand gourmand address quoted in the Michelin Guide. Maybe due to the unique location in the Dolomites, the warm environment and its atmosphere, the capacity of only 45 people, and the interesting wine card that accompanies the culinary art of the chef, it cannot be anything but a success.
