Professional yoga studio di Roman Amelchenko, certified IYENGAR (R) yoga teacher, member of Association of IYENGER Yoga Italia. There are lessons for absolut beginners and general classes, for people of 18-70 years. If you are at holiday in Tuscany or CinqueTerre you can visit Sarzana, an authentic italian small town, and practice yoga with good teacher! I teach in english, italian and russian. The studio is situated in 200 meters from railway station. there are also some parking around in 5 minutes walk. Explore Sarzana and practice yoga!!!
