Immersed in the green, Autedo B & B offers its guests an ideal starting point to discover the incomparable beauty of Liguria and Toscana: Lerici, Sarzana, Portovenere and Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Vernazza, Corniglia and Monterosso), the latter reached by train or by sea (from La Spezia, a few kilometers away), but also the Versilia, with Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Carrara and its marble quarries; Lunigiana, with its castles and the Apuane Alps, the central location of the AUTEDO B & B, has no equal! We welcome you in a corner of real countryside, just minutes from Vezzano Ligure, a few kilometers from the town (La Spezia), but far away from traffic and noise. The house, built in accordance with the principles of sustainability and ecology, opened a few months, offers two double bedrooms, with possibility of extra bed, each with its own private bathroom, possibly by combining with a third room with two beds. Guests will have private parking, living room, large porch for summer breakfasts and relax, three thousand meters square terraces, typically ligurian, with vineyards, orchards and olive groves, in which to relax in the cool of the various "Autedo", perhaps lying on a comfortable hammock. Our house was built with respect for tradition and the principles of sustainability: the water is heated by the sun, the boiler is high efficiency and heating (we are also open in winter. . .) is a low temperature, integrated into the pavement. The large thicknesses of insulation (wood fiber) ensure maximum comfort summer without annoying (and energy-) conditioning. Two rooms are Alba and Mezzodì, each with its own private bath and bed, with an option to also host third.
