The pizzeria Da Natale is a point of reference for pizza by the slice lovers in Lunigiana and beyond, of focaccia and also farinata. The careful selection of base ingredients and the traditional baking in a wood fire oven make our products very much appreciated. The dough of our pizzas is made by us exclusively with natural yeast and left to mature from a minimum of 24 to a maximum of 60 hours, to make it even lighter and more digestible. Farinata is the other strong point of our pizzeria. Once cooked in wood fire oven in the large copper pan, it is baked with the typical crust, which makes it crunchy on the outside with a soft inside. In 2022 the pizzeria premises were renovated and expanded, to create an even more comfortable space and enable our clients to enjoy all our preparations on the spot.
