This charming villa is dominating the town of La Spezia, it is very close to the Cinque Terre. At the garden level, the basement floor offers a well appointed and comfortable living room and formal dining room. The owner is a fine wine connoisseuse and will be happy to help you. She also offers a fish walk to discover the gastronomic secret with food tasting, and to make you feel a local. The owner lives in the annexe to the caretakers.
