Lying in the countryside around Bracciano Lake, near Rome, Agriturismo Voltarina belongs to the actress Florinda Bolkan and is the ideal destination for who is looking for relax and nature or is looking for a special place to make a party. The house is settled on two floors with 5 bedrooms. You can use the service of B&B or rent the entire structure, per night, weekend or weekly, for a maximum capacity of 8 persons. The house has of a large veranda going all around where are the restaurant’s tables. There is a large par terre in front, where you can set up several gazebos for receptions. From the veranda you get in the living room with fireplace, to the kitchen and the rest of the spaces. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and on the first floor the other three rooms. The pool is in a reserved space where you can find the outdoor heated Jacuzzi 24 hours, the shower, the stone grill and two gazebos used as a grill-bar-lounge area. From this year Voltarina Farm Residence host Weddings, Events, Workshops and Conferences with catering and overnight service. The structure for events is a rustic wooden closed with crystal curtains and built in front of the pool; the whole area measures about 500 m2 of floor, plus the two gazebos spaces and a structure containing three bathrooms, 2 toilets, a sink and a toilet for full wheelchair.
