Delightful B & B recently renovated, with private entrance and independent. It is located in the center of the town, a few steps from the shores of Lake Bracciano and only 4 KM from Lake Martignano. It is adjacent to the bus stop for Rome and shuttle service to the Roma-Viterbo railway station; very close to bars, typical restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The property has three double bedrooms (one with extra bed for children), finely and elegantly furnished, all with heating and flat-screen TV; two bathrooms with shower, one of which is for the exclusive use of the triple room, and one shared equipped with amenities useful for people with disabilities. All rooms are reached by WIFI network for internet connection. Breakfast is Italian and buffet style, in the warm seasons it is served on the large terrace overlooking the square below; the cleaning of the rooms and services is daily.
